Day 1
Tangier port/airport- Tangier- Chefchaouen
10 days Tangier desert tour to Marrakech departure: On the first day of your Morocco tour, we will meet you at Tangier port/airport and start our trip by visiting Hercules cave, Cap Spartel panoramic view. And if the time allows you, a small walk in the Medina. Before heading to Chefchaouen through the Rif mountains to enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery until you reach Chefchaouen, the blue city, which is a paradise for the photography. Night in a Riad with bed and breakfast.

Day 2
Chefchaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fez
After breakfast in the Riad, You leave towards Fez via Ouazan and other small villages to Volubilis (Roman ruins 250 BC). A short stop to discover this incredible archaeological site of Moroccan history. Then to the 17th Century city of Meknes, where we’ll stop for lunch and to walk around in this historical medina and in front of the Bab El Mansour. After some time in this city, You’ll continue your way to Fez where you will spend the night in a Riad with Bed and Breakfast.

Day 3
Guided tour of Fez
After breakfast in your riad, you will begin your journey to discover the spiritual capital of Morocco, walking through its alleys. Our tour will be guided by a locale guide and begins at the Royal Palace gate, the Jewish Quarter, the first Mellah ever built in Morocco … We will ensure that you visit all the cultural and historical sites, including the famous Al Qaraouine University, the oldest university in the region, and tanneries. After lunch, visit the ceramic factory and enjoy a panoramic view of the entire ancient city of Fez. Night in the same riad.

Day 4
Fes – Azrou – Midelt – Merzouga
After breakfast in your riad, you will leave Fez for Ifran, known as the “Switzerland of Morocco”. During this tour, you will get an overview of the Middle and High Atlas mountains. Stop at the Berber village of Ifran and in the middle of the famous cedar forest (the largest in Morocco), where you can see the Barbary apes. Then your way will be continued to Midelt where you may have your lunch. Before going across the High Atlas mountains and the green valleys including the Ziz Valley full of date palm trees… Arrive in Merzouga in the afternoon where your night will be in a Hotel with DBB. Day 5
Merzouga Region and Camel Trek
After the breakfast in the hotel, you will start exploring the region. You will visit the Gnawa people, who were originally slaves brought from Sudan to learn about their music and way of life. Not far there are the abandoned mines of M’Ifis. You will also visit the few nomads still living between the Erg Chebbi Sand dunes and the Algerian Border. Then back to your hotel to get some rest before you ride a camel through the dunes with an experienced camel guide to spend the night in the camp. DBB.

Day 6
Merzouga – Todra Gorges – Dades Gorges
You will wake up early in the morning to see the best sunrise. Then take your camels back to the town of Merzouga. Along the way, you will enjoy a unique view of the magnificent Erg Chebbi dunes – which change with the changing of the sunlight. After breakfast at the hotel, you will drive to Rissani, Tinghir, and the Todra Gorges. – the highest and narrowest gorges in Morocco. Many fotos stops will be on the way, a short walk in the Gorges before heading to the Dades Valley where you will see majestic sandcastles and the amazing rock formation known as “Monkey Toes. Day 7
Dades Gorges – Ait ben Haddou – Marrakech
Your day begins from the Valley driving through the road of a Thousand Kasbahs to the rose Valley. It Blooms here in April and May, other days you can just visit one of the cooperatives where the rose water distillation is. Then to Ouarzazate where you will have a short stop in front of Kasbah Taourirt which is the oldest part of the City dating back to the 19 Century.
Then to Ksar Ait Ben Haddou, the best restored Ksar in the south, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The guided visit mat takes about 1 Hour and probably your lunch will be here. We then continue to Marrakech, crossing the High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi N Tichka pass, at 2260 m ALT, with panoramic views of small valleys and Berber villages. Day 8
Explore Marrakech
After breakfast at the riad, you will start exploring Marrakech, the “red city of Morocco”. Your guide will ensure that you visit the main sites of historical and cultural interest, including the Saadian Tombs, El Bahia Palace, and Ben Youssef Koranic School. Have lunch at a restaurant near the square, and then visit the Majorelle Gardens and the Koutoubia Tower… Night in the same Riad with bed and breakfast
