Ait Benhaddou excursion
The driver will pick you up from your hotel for a 4-hour drive to get to the World Heritage Site of Ait Benhaddou.
We will cross the high Atlas Mountains to drive through the snaking pass of Tizi-n-Tichka before reaching Ait Benhaddou, one of Morocco’s most spectacular ksours (fortified villages). It once stood in the middle of the trans-Saharan route as caravans passed through the Atlas Mountains to the fondouks of Marrakech.
Fes to Chefchaouen Day Trip
Fes to Chefchaouen Excursions to explore the blue town of Chefchaouen in a full day. The private day trip to Morocco’s Blue Pearl leaves at 8:00 AM from your Riad/Hotel. On arrival in Chefchaouen, you will independently explore its historical medina, narrow streets with blue and white-washed walls, and typical cafes, as well as exploring the native culture.
Visit the beautiful and unique town of Chefchaouen from Fes on a day trip that gives you free time to explore the blue-tinged architecture, historic center, and atmospheric of the Rif Mountain community. Befor heading Back to Fez.
Fes guided visit
After breakfast, we will be exploring the Highlights of the city with a local guide. Fes is considered one of the imperial cities, besides being the cultural and religious center of Morocco. Firstly, we start the day by visiting the Royal Palace gate.
Then the well preserved medieval Medina, that is listed as a World Heritage Site by the UNESCO. You will visit the Blue gate or Bab Boujloud, the entrance of the old Medina. You will enter the Medina to visit The Medrasa Bouanania, the Najjarine fountain, the Tanneries. And finally the Quaraouin mosque and university, the oldest university in the world.
After that we leave the Medina to visit the Jewish quarter also known as “the Mellah”. In the afternoon, we drive to an ancient fortress for panoramic view of the Medina and the city of Fes. Finally, return to your Riad/Hotel.
Marrakech guided visit
The Marrakech City Tour will start with the landmark of Marrakesh: the 12th-century minaret of the Koutoubia Mosque. Visit Bahia Palace: «A 19th-century palace with a large courtyard, beautiful fountains, tiles, ornate wall carvings, and gardens. It is an excellent place to find peace and enjoy traditional Moroccan craftsmanship».
Continue to visit the intriguing Saadian Tombs. After their stunning discovery in 1917, this stunning site has been so carefully restored and so well-maintained that it has become one of Morocco’s most popular attractions. You will also visit the wonderful Majorelle Gardens.
In the afternoon, explore the colorful souks (market squares) of Marrakesh. Every trade – spices, carpets, jewellery, enamels, copper and rice – takes place in its own unique neighborhood. A visit to the bustling Jemaa el-Fnaa square ends. The entertainment offering is constantly evolving, and reaches its peak at sunset when the square comes alive with storytellers, healers, snake charmers, acrobats and countless food stalls.
